We are hiring a Customer Service Coordinator to manage import and export shipments, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Import & Export Operations
•Manage shipments, ensuring timely clearance and delivery.
•Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
•Verify and process import/export declarations before submission.
•Track shipments and update customers on status.
Documentation & Compliance
•Prepare and review documents such as Sor Aor, HC, CO, invoices, B/L, Form A, E, D, LC.
•Submit paperless EDI for exports and ensure customs compliance.
Customer & Stakeholder Communication
•Act as the primary contact for customers, resolving shipment-related issues.
•Maintain strong relationships with shipping partners and authorities.
Billing & Cost Management
•Handle invoicing, payments, and tax processes.
•Negotiate freight costs and ensure cost efficiency.
Team Collaboration
•Work with internal teams to streamline operations.
•Support colleagues and perform tasks as assigned by the manager.
Working Hours & Details
•Hours: Mon-Fri, 08:30–17:30 (1-hour lunch).
•Attire: Smart casual (uniform provided).
•Flexibility: Overtime pay for weekend/evening work if required.
