Key Responsibilities
1.Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets and expand market share
2.Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors and partners in the region
3.Analyse market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
4.Provide sales forecasts and insights to support the overall business planning process
5.Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional customer service
6.Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to customers
7.Monitor and report on regional sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male age between 35 years and above
- Minimum 5 years of proven sales management experience in the FMCG or consumer goods industry
- Work experience in dealing with a Distributor and Direct account is an advantage.
- Understand the needs of consumers under the Traditional & General Trade.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively negotiate with customers
- Fluency in Thai and English languages is an advantage
