รายละเอียดงาน-Perform activities regarding project management in construction and commissioning phases of the project life cycle to ensure that projects are carried out in achieving schedule, budget targets, and scope of requirements.
-Review suppliers'/contractors' project planning and change control plans and procedures, as well as share suggestions in accordance with relevant standards, practices, and WHA specifications.
-Supervise and control suppliers/contracts on construction operations to ensure that schedule, progress, costs, resource, and project performance are running in accordance with plans and WHA's requirements.
-Perform activities in the control of change management and cost control during the construction process to ensure that the change rationale is valid, as well as schedule and cost impact are reasonable.
-Ensure weekly meeting arrangements to track suppliers'/contractors' work progress, and review project progress reports to ensure construction operations efficiency, and project completion date adhered to as per agreed.
-Analyze critical activities and critical path driving to project completion, early identify causes of project delay, and potential cost overrun, as well as share corrective actions to ensure the possibility of recovery or shorten the project completion date.
-Forecast cost at completion and analyze cost variance, as well as identify causes of overrun or saving to ensure corrective actions are recommended appropriately.
-Identify potential issues/risks during construction operations and share suggestions to mitigate those risks to ensure uninterrupted construction operations.
-Perform site visits to inspect suppliers'/contractors' work to ensure operations compliance with SHEQ-related standards, guidelines, and regulations.
-Perform various tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
