End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process for a variety of roles, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Sourcing Talent: Use multiple sourcing channels (job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing) to identify and attract qualified candidates.
Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Screening & Interviewing: Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate in-person or virtual interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact to offer stage by providing timely and clear communication.
Offer Negotiation & Onboarding: Extend job offers, negotiate salary and benefits, and support the candidate through the pre-employment process.
Recruitment Metrics & Reporting: Track recruitment KPIs and provide regular updates to HR leadership on progress, challenges, and results.
Employer Branding: Help build and promote the company’s brand as an employer of choice through effective communication and by participating in recruitment events or job fairs.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws and regulations; maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
