Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist, Senior in Samut Sakhon province

รายละเอียดงาน
1. Manage the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice verification, approvals, and payments.
2. Create LCTR outstanding reports for various banks weekly
3. Book PV vouchers into cash flow forecasts
4. Make payment vouchers inside a system called EXACT
5. Create AP outstanding report
6. Reconcile AP outstanding report using advance payment, prepaid expenses, receipt of goods, PO and various other reports
7. Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, expense reports, and reimbursements.
8. Reconcile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies, and maintain good supplier relationships.
9. Work closely with procurement, finance, and other departments to ensure smooth processing.
10. Assist with month-end and year-end closing, including AP accruals and reconciliations.
11. Ensure compliance with company policies, tax regulations (e.g., VAT, withholding tax), and financial audits.
12. Support automation initiatives and system improvements for AP processing.
13. Train and mentor junior AP team members, providing guidance and support.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounts payable, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
- Strong knowledge of AP processes, tax regulations, and financial controls.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Exact, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English and Thai preferred.
- Experience in the manufacturing or retail industry (Preferred).
- Knowledge of ERP systems and process automation (Preferred).
- Can start working immediately, is plus!
