2. Sales Management & Performance Improvement: Develop and implement sales targets for stores, driving overall sales performance. Conduct in-depth sales data analysis, evaluate store sales performance, and provide improvement plans. Identify sales challenges and assist stores in optimizing sales processes to enhance profitability.
3. New Product Launch & Promotional Planning: Plan and execute sales strategies for new product launches, including product training, promotional campaigns, and inventory management. Develop and implement holiday promotion plans to boost store sales and ensure successful execution. Formulate monthly sales plans based on market trends and competitive analysis.
4. Market Visits & Problem Solving.: Frequently travel to stores to gain firsthand insights into sales operations, identify and resolve issues. Research market trends, gather competitor insights, and provide data-driven support for sales strategies. Provide on-site sales guidance, optimize product display and customer experience, and improve conversion rates.
5. Data Analysis & Reporting: Regularly collect and analyze store sales data to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies. Generate sales operation reports and offer improvement suggestions to support decision-making. Monitor inventory turnover and optimize stock management to ensure stable product supply.
6. Other Responsibilities: Coordinate resources across departments to ensure smooth execution of sales plans. Complete other tasks assigned by senior management.
