รายละเอียดงาน- Oversee the operation of electric vehicle charging stations to ensure maximum efficiency, track performance metrics, and resolve technical or service issues through coordination with relevant teams.
- Engage with charging station users to gather feedback, collaborate with product and customer service teams to improve the overall user experience.
- Analyze market trends and develop marketing strategies to increase station usage and awareness, design and implement promotional campaigns that drive station utilization and revenue growth.
- Lead brand-building initiatives through promotional activities and events, both online and offline, communicate updates, promotions, and station availability to users through various channels.
- Coordinate with the Customer Service Department to ensure issues are resolved promptly, and work with the Marketing and Sales Team to support promotional activities and provide product knowledge to customers.
