รายละเอียดงาน
-Supervise the production process to ensure it adheres to the production schedule and plans.
- Monitor and control product quality, reduce costs, increase efficiency, and enhance production output.
- Manage and supervise production staff to ensure efficient operations, including training and enhancing team members' skills.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Diploma in Mechatronics, or other relevant fields.
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience in the machining process.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to enhance production outputs, efficiency, and reduce defects.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage manpower effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
