รายละเอียดงาน
Responsibilities:
- Responsibility of procurement task by sourcing, selection and expediting according project procurement supply plan.
- Prepares and issues Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Mechanical, Process Containment Equipment ( Tank, Drum, Plate Heat Exchanger), Electrical & Instrument , Piping Fitting Valves and etc. to qualified bidders.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify procurement needs and
timelines.
- Review and Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers.
- Conduct commercial evaluation of local and oversea supplier and
recommended award recommendation for issuing Purchase Order.
- Collaborate across all disciplines, including Engineering, Project Data & Document Management, Construction Team, Logistics, Inspections, and Accounting
- Monitor and Expedite material progress status and related
documentation to ensure timely delivery of material.
- Coordinate with inspector to ensure material condition is in accordance with point of inspection and requirement.
- Interface and follow up the materials delivery and handling claims with suppliers in case of damage or shortage.
- Organize and prioritize a variety of projects and multiple tasks in an effective and timely manner, set priorities, and meet deadlines of project production plan.
- Evaluate suppliers’ performance.
- Closes out purchase orders following confirmation of the successful
completion of all contractual and procedural requirements
- Other duty as assigned.
Working : Monday to Saturday (8.00 AM – 5.00 PM) , Overtime is included.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of work experience in Project Purchasing/Procurement, preferably in a Petrochemical company, Construction company, or Project management/Consulting/ Engineering company EPC/EPCM .
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software, SAP and Microsoft Oice applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements.
- Fluent in English communication.
