Duties And Responsibilities; - Participation in Product Development Team Meetings - Coordinate meetings, including travel arrangements and expense reports. - Responsible for Capex and Development Charges Tracking and publishing a weekly report - Maintain Project Manager's calendars - Ensure coordination of the interfaces of Development with all departments. - Prepare and/or edit meeting minutes, presentations, and tables. - Prepare sample shipment. - File all project documents (hard and soft copies) - Ensure coordination of the interfaces of all disciplines within the Project Team. - Compile summary documents, e.g. Product Development Plan, Management Summary, and Target Product Profile. Collect and include contributions of the Team. - Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis. - Prepare the material request for new project's build and DOE, follow up the material status with PMC or supplier - Prepare and follow up on the PR for material and tooling/fixture for a new project.

  1. Related Job Experience from the EMS Industry.
  2. Communicable in English or Good in Mandarin.
  3. Knowledge of technology platforms and systems.
  4. 1 year of direct work experience in a project management capacity.
  5. Experience in working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential
  6. Can conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  7. Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently.
  8. Flexible during times of change.
  9. Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.
  10. Customer service skills are an asset.
  11. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.
