รายละเอียดงาน
1. DFM review of new projects and be able to identify potential design risks.
2. Establish improvement goals and progress and track them.
3. Lead the team to continuously improve product yield and troubleshoot SMT and assembly line;
4. Instruct engineers to carry out product failure analysis, analyze quality problems at various stages (trial production, mass production, market feedback), and approve solutions given by engineers.
5. Communicate with customers related to design issues/standard issues beyond process capability.
6. Trans-department and coordinate, unite and cooperate with production, quality, testing and project departments to ensure product quality and improve efficiency.
7. 带领工程团队导入自动化，提高效率和良率;
7. Lead the engineering team to import automation to improve efficiency and yield.
8. After each build is completed, organize internal review QIP/open issue/risk problems/lesson learned.
9. New product phase, eliminate all design and material issues.
10. Product-related investment budget summary.
11. Assist the overall management of the production department through 5M1E supervision, improve product yield, reduce scrap rate, and achieve KPI targets.
12. Responsible for monitoring the daily production plan;
13. Responsible for supervising the flow and control of materials.
14. Responsible for SMT workshop team building, grass-roots management personnel, key position training, etc.
15. Investigation of potential safety hazards in the production workshop, formulation and implementation of the processing process.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor degree or above
- Thai, fluent in English, Chinese is preferred
- Proficient in SMT assembly process, FPCA process design specifications, able to independently propose DFM for customer design
- Knowledge of process materials and reliability failure analysis
- Quality improvement process and data analysis methods (such as QC seven methods, DFMEA, PFMEA, CP, QCC, 6Sigma, etc.)
- Understand 6Sigma, lean production
- More than 7 years working experience in FPC assembly
- Have knowledge ISO 9000,TS 16949,ISO 14000,QC080000
