รายละเอียดงาน
1.Process Development
Design and develop production processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve production quality.
Control and improve production processes to comply with ISO standards or related industry standards.
Analyze production problems and take effective corrective actions.
2.Quality Control
Work with the team to inspect and control the quality of the entire production process.
Analyze inspection results and take action to improve and maintain quality.
3.Production Management
Coordinate with various departments to ensure that the production process runs smoothly.
Manage and inspect the use of tools and materials in production for appropriateness.
Prepare production and operation reports to present to executives.
4.Team Development
Control and develop a team of production engineers to be skilled and efficient.
Promote collaboration and support employee skill development.
Manage production engineering training and new technologies.
5.Project Management
Manage projects to develop and improve various production processes.
Develop work plans and monitor performance to ensure they are on schedule.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related fields
- At least 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing or manufacturing engineering
- Experience in team management and production process management
- Understanding of modern manufacturing systems such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or process improvement
- Data analysis and planning skills
- Proficient in computer programs such as MS Office, AutoCAD, or related software
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- If you can speak English and Chinese, it will be considered.
