- Salary can be increased according to the length of work experience and the duration of employment!!.
- Respond promptly to inbound and outbound client inquiries, such as deposits and withdrawals via email, phone, or live chat, ensuring smooth account operations and client satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot technical issues with forex trading platforms, identify and coordinate complex issues with appropriate teams, and manage client expectations to ensure client’s complaints are solved appropriately.
- Support ongoing account needs, such as updating payment details or assisting with trading-related queries, to enhance the client experience.
- Recording and organizing client issues and requests to offer actionable insights to management.
- Working as part of a team to ensure department KPI’s are met, particularly with regards to response times and client satisfaction levels.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Be proficient in English and Thai
- Technical ability to manipulate CRM
- At least three years of customer service experience
- 3-5+ years of customer service experience（Including making and receiving phone calls）
- It is necessary to have the ability to operate CRM.
- Strong interpersonal skills, fluent in local language and English communication.
- Always demonstrate a positive and professional image.
