- Learn how to identify and attract top talent using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit for different roles.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle–from posting job openings to negotiating job offers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and match them with the right talent.
- Keep track of top talent and maintain an active database for future opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices.
- Utilize modern recruitment tools like Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter, or keen to learn to use them.
