- Strategic decision support: Manage team to provide insights and analysis that support the company's strategic decision-making. - Forecasting and trend analysis: Forecast and analyze business trends related to life insurance and provide recommendations. - Evaluate potential risks: Identify problems before they occur and communicate proactively with stakeholders to find preventive measures in advance. - Reporting and communication: Communicate key information to management and relevant teams.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor's degree or above in Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
At least 3 years' experience in data analysis role.
Advance knowledge in using data analysis tools, both statistical and information technology (e.g., Power BI, Python, SQL).
Strong Analytical, Problem solving, Interpersonal, Communication, visualize data and reporting and Ability to work effectively in a team and in challenging situations.
