Job details:
• Develop and manage production plans to align with sales forecasts and inventory levels.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely deliveries.
• Oversee inventory management, warehouse operations, and supply chain coordination.
• Analyze production efficiency and implement process improvements.
• Independently assess factory operations, analyze performance, and proactively propose and execute improvement strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Prepare reports and provide insights for management decision-making.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Have experience in production planning related work
- Knowledge of production planning, production improvement and inventory management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively improve processes.
- Understanding of quality standards and safety regulations.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
