We build innovative software products that drive business success, and we’re looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer with a strong focus on Figma-based design execution rather than UX research.
Role Overview
As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, pixel-perfect UI designs, interactive prototypes, and scalable design systems. Working in an agile team environment, you will collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure a seamless user experience. This role is ideal for someone who excels in design execution and UI aesthetics, rather than UX research.
Key Responsibilities
Design and maintain scalable UI components and design systems using Figma.
Create high-fidelity UI designs that align with business goals and user needs.
Develop interactive prototypes for user flows and product presentations.
Ensure consistency and usability across web and mobile applications.
Work closely with developers, product owners, and other designers in an agile workflow.
Deliver fast design iterations and adapt based on feedback.
Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- 5+ years of hands-on UI/UX design experience in an agency or product team.
- Expert in Figma (components, variants, auto-layout, prototyping, and design tokens).
- Strong understanding of visual design principles, typography, and layout structures.
- Experience working in agile teams with rapid iteration cycles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality designs under tight deadlines.
- Experience with responsive and mobile-first design.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development basics is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- A strong portfolio showcasing UI design expertise.
