Assist in the compounding and sampling of flavors according to formulas provided by flavorists. Prepare flavor samples for customer briefs, application needs, technology performance assessments, QC standards, and physical testing. Maintain a clean and orderly laboratory in compliance with Safety, Health, and Environmental guidelines, as well as good laboratory practices. Keep updated stock and organization of raw materials in the lab. Serve as the main contact for providing flavor samples and shipments to other labs and functions within Givaudan. Maintain all required raw material records and documentation in the company database. Manage a collection of chemical dilutions, syrups, tasting media, etc., for quick response to briefs and application requests. Assist in the preparation of creation tools and digital tools. Help apply flavors to food products when assigned. Evaluate raw materials (including experimental ingredients), new technologies, and flavors. Document findings and create reports. Participate in the evaluation and discussion of compounded flavors with flavorists as needed. Ensure general maintenance of creation laboratories, including the safe disposal of raw materials and maintaining a clean working environment.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry Engineering, Analytical Chemistry, Food Science, Biology or Food Technology.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Additional experience in Laboratory, R&D, or related fields are advantageous.
Basic understanding of food applications, ingredients, and processes.
Proactive team player who can work independently on assigned tasks.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with research documentation protocols and lab equipment handling.
Fluent in English and local Thai language.
