รายละเอียดงาน
•Support the organization and execution of events, such as, product launches,trade shows and promotional activities
•Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, advertisements, and social media content
•Monitor progress of team projects and maintain detailed timelines and deliverables
•Ensure that all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent tone and style
•Handle event logistics, including vendor coordination, material preparation, and on-site support and communicate with vendors, suppliers, and external agencies to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets and services.
•Track invoices and payments related to marketing projects.
•Maintain and update marketing databases, including contact lists, campaign trackers, and performance reports.
•Projects that assign by Marketing Manager.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication Arts, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in Marketing or Management, Administration with passion in marketing
- Excellent in project management and organizational skills, with a proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a team-oriented environment
- Love to discuss and share new ideas with teammate
