Business Development • Meeting and following up new customers recommended by THI branches or agents to generate new business consistently. • Continuously review and improve SOP for pricing and OP team to work smoothly and efficiently • Boost volume by doing above • Assist team to solve problems properly Customer Service • Manage and monitor daily shipment and update customer for all deliveries in a timely manner. • Liaise with all relevant parties for proper documentation and arrangement of shipments. • Handle and resolve customer complaints or enquiries via email or phone in a timely manner. • Liaise with logistics agencies on the transportation for delivery/shipment of goods. • Liaise with customer for sea freight shipments. • Handling costing, billing documentation and payment for sea shipment. • Ensuring accurate costings and revenues are applied to each shipment. • Make sure all jobs are properly closed within deadline. • Update and maintain all reports as requested by HQ/Management within the deadline. • Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Good command of English and local language. Chinese speaking and writing will be an advantage.
  2. Degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
  3. Minimum 3 years of experience in Freight Forwarding or Logistics / Sea freight / Air freight background is advantage.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful insights.
  5. Strong problem solving, communication (both verbal and written) and decision-making skills.
  6. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey pricing strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  7. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as MS Office, and experience with pricing software or tools.
  8. Keen understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscape, and customer behaviour.
  9. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing business requirements.
