- Resolve complex issues such as request, inquiry, complaints and problems from customer issues.
- Keep an eye on monitoring the dashboard to ensure timely calls.
- Coordinate with other departments for cross-functional issue resolution.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) while guiding and supporting operators.
- Provide guidance and support to operators to ensure departmental goals are met.
- Outbound and assigned call lists and prioritize outreach efforts based on student needs.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred in Business, Communications, or related areas).
- Previous experience in customer service, call center operations, or a similar role.
- Experience in handling inquiries, complaints, and issue resolution is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, call center systems, or monitoring dashboards.
- A proactive and customer-focused mindset.
- Hybrid Working at Phayathai Plaza (Bts Phayathai) Tuesday to Saturday 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
