- Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding of new employee (end to end process)
- Developing programmes that enhance employee relations
- Ensuring employees have correct pay and benefits on time
- Ensuring that company employment policies follow Thai laws and regulations
- Recording and processing confidential information
- Manage employee records and ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation.
- Handle and answer employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
- Looking after the health, safety and welfare of all employees
- Manage and support related projects, such as employee engagement initiatives, team building activities, and company events.
