รายละเอียดงาน
1.Coordinate with suppliers from overseas, forwarding agent, customs clearance and internal company.
2.Handling import and export shipments for General Zone, Free Trade Zone, Cross Trade Shipment
3.Prepare and check all related documents, shipping document for import & export (Invoice, Packing List, etc.)
4.Ensure shipments will be on schedule as needed.
5.Assisting office management.
6.Perform other jobs related duties as assigned.
7.Able to make shipment planning and report
8.Able to make payment planning and report.
9.Able to make damage and loss report.
10. Able to make Free Trade Zone shipment report.
11. Able to Logistic planning.
12. Freight costs and import duty calculation.
13. Check & manage products in and products out.
14. Collaborating with the team to develop purchase plans and prepare fprecast report
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male or Female age between 24 – 35 years old.
- Thai nationality
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economic, Logistic or and related fields
- 2-5 years work experience in import and export.
- Good command in computer skill Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint , Outlook).
- Good command in English skill.
- Teamworking.
- Positive attitude, Analytical thinking, flexible and interpersonal skill.
- Problem solving skills.
- Work on timeline and deadline punctually.
- Able to work well under pressure and work hard.
