Ensure compliance with Thai Labour Laws, Department of Labour Protection and Welfare (DLPW) regulations, and international HSE standards (OSHA, ISO 45001, etc.).
Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and enforce safety guidelines among all workers.
Monitor all high-risk construction activities, such as electrical installations, heavy lifting, working at heights, confined spaces, and hot works.
Implement Permit to Work (PTW) systems and safety protocols for contractors and workers.
Investigate accidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions, providing root cause analysis and preventive measures.
Ensure fire prevention, emergency response, and first aid procedures are in place and well-communicated.
Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions for employees and subcontractors.
Promote a strong safety culture by encouraging safe work practices and reporting of unsafe conditions.
Maintain up-to-date records of safety training, certifications, and incident reports.
Liaise with project managers, engineers, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with safety standards.
Prepare and submit safety reports, incident investigations, and compliance documentation to management and authorities.
Participate in safety meetings, site walkthroughs, and audits with project stakeholders.
