รายละเอียดงานEmployee Relations:
1. Act as a liaison between employees and management to address workplace issues and concerns.
2. Promote and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment.
3. Manage internal communication channels, ensuring employees are informed of company policies, updates, and events.
General Affairs / Office Administration:
1. Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a well-organized and functional workplace.
2. Oversee the office's dally operations, inducing cording meetings, office events, and other administrative functions.
3. Maintain safety and cleanliness standards within the office.
4. Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for office maintenance, unties, and supplies.
Reporting and Documentation:
1. Prepare and maintain HR-related reports and records.
2. Support the HR team in compiling data for management review and decision-making.
3. Assist in creating HR policies and procedures and ensure they are consistently applied across the organization.
Workplace Safety Management:
1. Safety Programs Implementation: Develop, implement, and maintain safety programs to ensure compliance with local safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
2. Risk Assessments: Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify hazards in the factory environment and ensure mitigation measures are in place.
3. Incident Management: Investigate accidents and near-miss incidents in the factory, prepare reports, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
วันเวลาทำงาน: วันจันทร์-วันศุกร์ (หยุดเสาร์-อาทิตย์) 08.00-17.00 น.
