Key Responsibilities 1. Visual Concept & Brand Alignment • Translate brand guidelines, product insights, and marketing strategies into photo and video concepts. • Develop mood boards, visual storyboards, and angle references for each project. • Collaborate with the social content marketing to ensure the mood and tone align with CityFresh’s values. 2. Pre-Production Planning • Develop a production schedule and shot list based on the marketing plan. • Plan and prepare props, locations, and set designs to match the required visual tone. 3. Photo & Video Shooting Execution • Manage in-house shoots, including lifestyle photos, product photography, and videos. • Ensure high-quality imagery and video angles that capture the essence of CityFresh products. • Direct talent, stylists, and production crew during shoots to ensure on-brand outcomes. 4. Post-Production & Editing • Manage the retouching and editing process to finalize assets for all platforms. • Ensure consistency in color grading, typography, and overall aesthetic aligned with brand guidelines. • Work with graphic designers and the content team to deliver ready-to-use visuals and videos. 5. Quality Control & Asset Delivery • Conduct visual audits to ensure that the final product meets quality standards. • Organize and maintain asset libraries for easy retrieval and reference. • Ensure all deliverables meet deadlines and are optimized for different platforms (social, e-commerce, POSM). 6. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Work closely with the content, e-commerce, and retail teams to develop assets for product launches, promotions, and brand campaigns. • Align with the sales and operations teams to ensure that all POS materials and in-store visuals are in sync with marketing execution.

วุฒิการศึกษาปริญาตรีสาขา การตลาด บริหารธุรกิจ นิเทศการสื่อสารหรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
มีประสบการณ์ในสายางาน1-2ปี
มีเทคนิคและความคิดสร้างสรรค์ในการถ่ายภาพและวีดีโอ เข้าใจเรื่องพื้นฐานการถ่ายรูป การใช้โปรแกรมต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการถ่ายรูป และวีดีโอ
มีความรู้ความเข้าใจเรื่องแบรนด์ เนื่องจากต้องถ่ายทอดเรื่องความของแบรนด์ออกมาเป็นภาพทั้งนิ่งและเคลื่อนไหว
มีความละเอียดเข้าใจถึงดีเทลต่างๆของงาน
สามารถบริหารโปรเจคและเวลาได้ เข้าใจว่าต้องทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นและทำงานภายใต้โจทย์ที่มอบให้ได้
มีทักษะการทำงานmultitasking skill ได้ดี
