We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Supervisor to oversee the quality assurance activities of our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control and management, especially in plastic and metal manufacturing environments. This role is critical in ensuring that our products meet both customer expectations and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities: 1.Supervise and manage the quality assurance team, including IPQC and QA staff. 2.Establish, implement, and maintain quality standards and inspection procedures. 3.Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards. 4.Lead internal audits and support external audits in line with ISO quality management systems. 5.Analyze quality data, generate reports, and drive continuous improvement initiatives using tools such as 7 QC Tools, 8D reports, and SPC. 6.Investigate customer complaints and non-conformities; implement corrective and preventive actions. 7.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve product quality. 8.Train and develop quality team members to improve technical and problem-solving skills. 9.Maintain documentation and ensure traceability of quality records.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Materials, Electronics, Automation, or related fields.
At least 5 years of experience in plastic production or metal processing industries.
Minimum 5 years of experience in hands-on quality roles and 5 years in quality management.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards.
Proficient in quality tools such as 7 QC Tools, 8D, and SPC.
Able to read and write in English.
Experience in automotive, home appliance, or electronic assembly industries.
Experience working in Chinese-funded enterprises and able to communicate in Chinese.
