รายละเอียดงาน
1. Client Management
-Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships and strategic alignment.
-Develop and implement marketing and advertising strategies based on client objectives.
-Lead client meetings, presentations, and creative discussions.
-Provide strategic counsel to enhance customer management and long-term business success.
2.Campaign & Project Management
-Supervises campaign execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
-Collaborates with internal teams (Media Buying, Digital, Creative) to facilitate smooth operations.
-Manages offline events, quality control, and approval processes while addressing creative and strategic challenges.
-Leads strategic issue resolution and provides insights into market trends and business sustainability.
3. Budget & Revenue Management
-Manage campaign budgets to optimize profit and revenue as criteria.
-Control expenditures and revenue streams within client accounts.
-Financial control of billings and third party costs
4.Team Leadership & Collaboration
-Develops strong working relationships with Account Managers (AMs) and Account Executives (AEs) to ensure smooth project execution.
-Mentors and leads team members, fostering collaboration across departments such as Media, Creative, Production, and Digital.
-Takes ownership of team motivation, professional development, and problem resolution.
-Works with Business Directors to assess personnel needs and address team-related challenges proactively.
5. Performance Review & Industry Insights
-Analyze campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations.
-Stay updated on industry trends and market developments.
-Identify new business opportunities and drive client growth.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor/Master Degree in Communication Arts or Marketing or Advertising or Related Fields
- At least 7 years experience in Digital Marketing Agency is a must!
- Good communication in Thai (English is an advantage)
- Strong communication and presentation (storytelling) skills
- Pleasant personality and service mind
- Energetic, well handle multi-tasking, self-motivated, and looking for a challenge
- Excellent problem solving, positive thinking, reasonable decision making, willing to collaborate with people
