- Respond to IT support requests in person, via phone, email, or ticketing system in a timely manner.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to operating systems, applications, and network connectivity.
- Collaborate with IT team members to ensure smooth operation of IT systems and infrastructure.
- Perform routine maintenance and updates on IT equipment and systems.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and manuals for IT processes and procedures.
- Assist in the implementation of IT projects and initiatives as needed.
- Provide technical training and support to end-users as required.
