รายละเอียดงาน1. Sourcing and reaching out to qualified candidates for current open roles.
2. Serving as a go-between for candidates and hiring managers.
3. Handle end-to-end recruitment process.
4. Work with lead of each department to determine vacancies needs and competencies to meet business direction and strategies.
5. Enhance and support company's recruitment activities with University (Job fairs, Internship, cooperative Education, MOU, etc.).
6. Establishing technical training program for the whole organization this will include conduct the training needs analysis, roadmap for employees, identify the right skill set and measurement required for each position.
7. Coordinate with trainer, department manager and work out on program timelines for whole year of training.
8. Organizing training program and implement across the organization in the effective and timely manner.
9. Formulates training outlines and determines instructional methods, utilizing knowledge of specified training needs and effectiveness of such methods as individual training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meetings, and workshops.
10. Perform “Internal Trainer” role for assigned in-house training programs.
