รายละเอียดงาน1.Maintaining on production quality system and QA Programs and records as per company and customer requirements
2.Managing the daily activity of the Quality Department and takin responsibility for implementing Quality Systems including ISO13485 ,ISO7176 conducting major customer and supplier audits
3. Managing quality control of the incoming material , in-line product ,finished product meet agreed specifications and comply with law/regulatory and customer requirements
4.Ensuring all legal standards are met
5.Keeping records of Quality reports ,statistical reviews and relevant document
6.Supervising and guiding inspectors ,technicians and other staff
7.Developing and evaluating new or revised prodecues using the methodlogy and an indepth understanding of all procedures in the QA system
8. Being responsible for maintaining internal specifications and updating specifications
9.Being responsible for Internal Audit Activity ,Car follow up and report
10.Customer Audit Support : Compiling quality and manufacturing records and conducting complete batch reviews for customer audit.
11.Supplier Audit : Being able to perform the supplier audit to maintain the quality of critical materials
12. Customer Complain : Providing support as needed to document , track and maintain customer complaints ,lead investingations ,determine root causes, corrective and preventive action and follow up corrective action taken
13.Representing quality meeting and quality issue ,working with Engineers ,Production and ohter team members to complete projects
14.Ensuring all testing ,reporting and product release is in alignment with the quality system and standard
15.Monitoring all operations that affect quality
16.Issuing and following up on all nonconforming products ,materials and processes
17.Ensuring all activity and product qualiyt confirm with bothThai and customer 's country regualations
18 Leading theTraceability and Mock Recall testing ,
