รายละเอียดงาน
1. Timely placement of purchase orders, conducting reconciliations, tracking invoices, and processing payment requests.
2. Issuing and updating delivery schedules according to plan requirements, monitoring material delivery timelines, and providing timely updates.
3. Resolving routine issues related to raw material arrivals.
4. Promptly communicating supplier delivery issues, cooperation problems, or other anomalies to relevant personnel (supervisors, planners, procurement specialists).
5. Handling returns and replacements of general goods, order cancellations or modifications, and collaborating with procurement specialists as needed.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, with no specific major required.
- Candidates with 3+ years of procurement-related work experience are preferred.
- Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
