1.Overall Control as below and report to Department Manager
1.1Mold Fabrication Process such as CAD / CAM, CNC, EDM, Wire Cut, Milling, Grinding, Gun drill, Fitting, Assembly
1.2Engineering : Engineering, IPQC and Polishing
1.3Production Control of Mold
2.Set and Achieve Department KPI and Employees’s KPI
3.Monitoring and Achieve Production Target & Sale Target
4.Production meeting & follow up production progress
5.Propose action to improve Quality System
6.Improve the Product Quality and Achieve Quality Target
7.Communication and solve the problem about quality issue to concern persons
8.Manage all subordinate to perform quality standard
9.Communication with customer for order / sales / delivery / quality and follow up to maximize customer satisfaction
10.Attend the meeting / conference with customers to settle quality issue
11.Monitoring the document control (Manual, Procedure, WI, Control Plan, …)
12.Monitoring Internal Audit, Third Party Audit, Customer Audit, Supplier Audit
13.Supplier control to secure capacity and quality
14.Budget and Expense Control
15.Cost Reduction in Mold Department and Cost Negotiation with supplier
16.Follow Company policy meeting and support activity
17.Provide Education to improve skill of Engineer & Technician
18.Follow Up employee about company rules & regulation and take disciplinary action
19.Educate and monitor subordinate to handle 5S, ISO Management
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Education: Bachelor / Master degree in Engineering, Science or any related field
- Experience: At least 7 years in Mold Fabrication / New Mold Making / Mold Production Process of Die Casting
- Good Communication in English : Reporting to Management, Meeting with customer, Communication by email, verbal and any
- Good Presentation : Any report
- Team working and Excellent command on verbal and written communication in English
- Position requires a matured professional with strong leadership quality with pleasing personality
- Excellent personal skills
- Ability to communicate in English effectively, both orally and in writing.
