1.Store Stock Monitoring & Analysis
- Real-Time Tracking: Oversee daily stock levels at multiple store locations, ensuring timely and accurate updates on inventory movement.
- Inventory Analysis: Conduct comprehensive reviews of stock data to identify patterns and potential issues impacting inventory accuracy.
2.Shrinkage Investigation & Mitigation
- Root Cause Analysis: Investigate discrepancies and inventory shrinkage incidents to determine underlying causes such as theft, damage, misplacement, or process inefficiencies.
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilize statistical methods and historical data trends to quantify shrinkage and recommend actionable strategies for reduction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with store managers and operational audit team to implement controls and improve store processes.
System Utilization: Leverage the SAP MM (Materials Management) module to analyze stock transactions for accurate inventory monitoring.
- Data Integrity: Ensure that all in-store stock transactions and adjustments are accurately reflected in the SAP system, supporting effective shrinkage analysis.
3. Continuous Improvement & Stakeholder Support
- Best Practices Development: Establish and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) for store stock monitoring and shrinkage prevention.
- Ad-hoc Analysis: Provide targeted analysis during audits, special projects, or process reviews to further understand and mitigate shrinkage risks.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to store operations, finance, and operational audit team, ensuring actionable insights are integrated into daily practices.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Proven experience in stock control, inventory management, or retail operations, with a focus on store-level monitoring.
- Experience with SAP (especially MM module) is advantageous.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and mentoring teams is advantageous.
- Strong capability in analyzing inventory data and identifying causes of shrinkage with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with store teams and cross-functional departments.
- Proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing timely, data-driven solutions.
