รายละเอียดงาน
•Lead the PV (Production Validation) build after program moved to Thailand plant, modify process parameters caused by local 4M1E difference. Take the responsibility to solve all manufacturing feasibility issues to make sure after launch quality and cost standard can meet target, also need to control the tryout cost.
•Train the process technician and operator about the standard operation.
•Make the MBOM for material department.
•Update current process control documents: Process Flow Chart/ PFMEA/ODS/Checklist when change happen.
•Supervise to make sure process is running according to requirement, collect data to make sure process is stable and has capability.
•Lead to solve all product issues during production, find the process variance and improve the 4M1E if needed, update the control documents or standard, to make sure quality issues caused by internal process is controlled within target.
•Continually improve the process to improve quality and efficiency using JCMS tools, as a key member in CI activities to provide requirement to equipment or material.
•Make documents for chemical room for chemical incoming inspection/chemical mixing/chemical using/chemical storage to make sure all process is under control.
•Responsible for control chemical using in all factories to meet safety requirement.
•Management of process technician through ECID/Training etc., make sure safety training is complete for each employee and supervise their safety behavior, try to improve their skill and utilize employee’s strength point.
•Make lessons learned and improvement on current process, continuously learning about new knowledge, new tools and share with team to improve team’s skill, lead team member to solve top issues.
•Take the management responsibility to implement requirement from system effectively, including IATF 16949/ISO 14001/45001, make improvement if necessary.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male or Female, 27 years old and above.
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related field.
- Experience in Process and/or Production minimum 3-5 years.
- Strongly for improvement process.
- Strong in cost calculation and good for solving problem.
- Good Leadership and management skill, able to work under pressure and control problem situation.
- Good knowledge in IATF 16949
- 3 years' experience in automation manufacturing.
- Strong communication in English.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin is a plus.
