We’re looking for a Senior Associate – People Services to play a key role in managing employee records, payroll, benefits, and HR systems while ensuring smooth coordination between departments. What You’ll Do:
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Handle all employee-related documentation from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- HR System & Data Management: Maintain and update HRIS and team records to keep employee data up to date.
- Payroll & Benefits Administration: Process payroll, manage benefits, and ensure accurate compensation for employees.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Reporting & Compliance: Prepare reports, reconcile payroll, and assist in compliance with labor laws.
- Problem-Solving: Address day-to-day HR issues, escalating critical concerns as needed.
