รายละเอียดงานKey Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement employee relations strategies and policies to foster a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulations.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Build strong relationships with employees and management to enhance workplace harmony.
• Conduct investigations on employee complaints, misconduct, or workplace disputes.
• Collaborate with HR and management teams to develop training programs on labor laws and employee relations.
• Act as a liaison between employees and management to address workplace concerns.
• Monitor and assess employee morale and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Manage labor union relations and participate in negotiations when necessary.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or minimum of 5 years of experience in Employee Relations or a similar HR role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels.
- Experience in handling disciplinary procedures and workplace investigations.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience in dealing with labor unions and collective bargaining is an advantage.
