Seeking an experienced and proactive Leader/ Assistant Manager - Human Resources to join a leading Japanese textile manufacturer in Thailand. This role is responsible for overseeing HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting strategic HR initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HR management, employee relations, and talent development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, benefits, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Control and manage work of GA such as visa, work permit, BOI, SET, SEC and concerned government office.
- Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Support workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage and improve HR policies, procedures, and programs to enhance employee satisfaction and organizational efficiency.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures in a fair and consistent manner.
- Coordinate and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Work closely with department heads and management to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Maintain and update HR records, reports, and documentation in accordance with legal requirements.
