Job Description:
Human Resources Management
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws.
- Manage employee relations, handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Oversee performance management, including appraisals, KPIs, and improvement plans.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance workforce skills.
- Manage compensation and benefits, ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Administrative Management
- Supervise general office administration, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Oversee facility management, office supplies procurement, and maintenance.
- Manage company documentation, reports, and compliance with industry regulations.
- Liaise with external agencies, including government offices, suppliers, and service providers.
- Ensure workplace safety and compliance with occupational health regulations.
- Assist in budgeting and cost control for administrative expenses.
