รายละเอียดงานWe are seeking a capable Office Administrator to integral and maintaining the smooth operations and provide comprehensive support to our office. This position is open to Thai nationals only. Fluent Eng-lish is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
•Manage overall office supplies ordering, receiving and inventory.
•Coordinate all office facility maintenance and repairs.
•Handle incoming and outgoing air mail and parcel packages.
•Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
•Handle travel and accommodation arrangements for employees and the management team.
Including providing administrative support and follow up/make sure of hotel pick up and mak-ing
reservations for the accommodations to be completed as assigned
•Assist in the planning and coordination of all office events and all Employee activities.
•Other tasks assigned by the Manager
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - This position is open to Thai nationals only. The ability to listen, speak, read, and write English is strongly preferred. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years of experience in the role
- Good in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Canva
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented and hands-on to prioritize tasks
- Flexible to work and in response to changing needs.
- Demonstrated initiative and self-motivation in handling all assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
- Passion and positive relationships to help HR to achieve increased productivity, loyalty and dedication of employees
- Basic knowledge and understanding of HR is preferable
- Fluent Eng-lish is a must.
