รายละเอียดงานJob Responsibilities:
1. Workforce Planning & Headcount Management
- Collaborate with business units to develop annual workforce plans aligned with company strategy.
- Monitor headcount allocation and utilization across departments to ensure optimal resource planning.
- Manage organizational structure adjustments and provide timely analysis on headcount variance.
2. Recruitment & Employee Relations
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process to fulfill staffing needs, particularly for key and technical positions.
- Manage various recruitment channels and partnerships, including universities, agencies, and online platforms.
- Oversee interview, selection, offer issuance, and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Develop and implement employee relations policies, and handle employee issues, disputes, or grievances in compliance with labor law.
- Establish communication mechanisms such as employee feedback channels, surveys, and engagement activities.
- Ensure the proper management of employment contracts, probation evaluations, regularization, and separation processes.
