- Drive sales of the company's products to both existing and prospective clients, ensuring sustainable business growth.
- Lead and manage the sales team with over five years of experience, fostering performance excellence.
- Develop compelling sales proposals, presentations, and supporting materials to effectively promote company offerings.
- Oversee the preparation of quotations, sales contracts, and other commercial documentation to facilitate seamless transactions.
- Provide comprehensive customer support throughout the sales cycle, including post-sales follow-ups to enhance client satisfaction.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and engaging potential business opportunities.
- Proactively address client concerns by identifying challenges and implementing effective solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders to align sales initiatives with business objectives.
- Analyze sales performance data, extract key insights, and generate reports to inform and optimize sales strategies.
- Execute additional responsibilities as assigned by management, contributing to overall business success.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Experience: 3-5 years in digital marketing or IT sales
- Skills & Traits: Pleasant personality, leadership skills, service-minded, well-organized, proactive, quick learner, strong communication skills
- Language Skills: Good command of English is required
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Must have a valid driver's license
