Stakeholder Management:
- Maintain and enhance relationships with three primary stakeholders: chemical manufacturers, processing manufacturers, and large-scale manufacturing companies.
- Act as the main liaison among these stakeholders, ensuring clear and efficient communication and cooperation.
Sales and Negotiation:
- Negotiate sales volume, pricing, quality, and delivery schedules primarily with large-scale manufacturing companies that receive finished products from processing manufacturers.
- Handle detailed order adjustments and negotiations with processing manufacturers to ensure they meet the specific requirements of large-scale manufacturing companies.
Coordination and Communication:
- Work closely with Japanese sales representatives, participating in meetings conducted in Japanese, and translate and convey the information to Thai counterparts.
- Conduct direct meetings and negotiations with Thai representatives and stakeholders, ensuring all parties are aligned and informed.
Order Management:
- Oversee the entire order process, from procurement of raw materials from suppliers to delivery of finished products to large-scale manufacturers.
- Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders, addressing and resolving any issues related to product quality, delivery delays, or other supply chain disruptions.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Language Proficiency: HSK5
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in B2B sales with proven experience in supplier and client management in Trading company or Chemical related company.
- Project Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage project timelines and coordinate between clients and suppliers to ensure timely product delivery.
- Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of the industry
- Must have a valid drivers license/own car
