• Provide technical support/ training to service teams, and BP Vendor regarding vehicle issues, repairs, and maintenance.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems and suggest appropriate solutions.
• Offer guidance and advice on the use of diagnostic tools, equipment, and service procedures.
• Work closely with Technician, Engineers, and Product Specialists to resolve complex technical issues.
• Communicate and provide technical guidance to customers effectively
• Monitor and ensure the completion of service campaign tasks to meet Lotus's expectations and performance standards
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive systems, service manuals, and diagnostic tools.
• Provide feedback to the Manufacturer and engineering teams based on recurring issues or common technical challenges.
• Ensure all technical support tasks are performed according to safety regulations and manufacturer standards.
• Responsible for sourcing appropriate special tools and ensuring their usage complies with Lotus's standards and guidelines.
•Prepare and update technical documentation, including FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and repair manuals.
• Provide technical support to relevant departments such as Warranty, Parts, and other departments when requested.
