Maintenance Technician will focus on maintaining and repairing our plant assets and equipment to ensure maximum uptime. In this role, you will provide advanced knowledge of consistent maintenance and reliability best practices in the completion of maintenance tasks.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
-Perform routine and preventative maintenance on processing and packaging equipment.
-Troubleshoot and repair equipment to minimize downtime and ensure efficient operation.
-Maintain custom databases and computerized maintenance management systems to support specific work projects and processes.
-Engage in continuous improvement planning to enhance on-time performance of technical activities.
-Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
-Other duties as assigned.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of three years of related work experience
- Planning and leading maintenance efforts.
- Performance based planning experience.
- Experience leading process improvement activities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
-Experience with troubleshooting and repairing processing and packaging equipment.
-Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
-Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in an industrial setting.
-Continuous improvement experience like lean or six sigma.
PRIOR BENEFICIAL EXPERIENCES
-Experience proactively planning and scheduling downtime and partnering with more senior team members to identify opportunities to improve reliability and reduce lost production.
-Experience planning the execution of routine repair procedures and tasks to ensure compliance with the fundamental plant maintenance procedures and practices.
-Experience providing detailed work plans as required on general maintenance activities.
