Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets. Team Leadership: train, and manage a team of sales representatives, ensuring motivation and high performance. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities. Sales Monitoring & Reporting: Track sales performance, generate reports, and present insights to senior management. Budget Management: Manage sales budgets, pricing, and discount strategies to optimize profitability. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and sales processes.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in sales management not above 5 Years
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Willingness to travel within the assigned region
