Industry : Smart Facility Management As a Project Manager at Metthier, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all project operations to achieve the set goals and standards. This includes planning, controlling execution, procurement, and budgeting to ensure the project progresses efficiently and successfully within the designated timeline. Additionally, the role involves monitoring progress, analyzing issues, and developing the team to ensure high-quality results and effective communication within the project and other departments in the organization. Responsibilities: -Oversee and track overall project management to ensure adherence to the plan, standards, and budget. -Plan the overall project scope, including execution, financial planning, and procurement of materials, equipment, and necessary resources. -Monitor and track project progress, analyze problems, obstacles, and find effective solutions. -Drive the project to achieve its goals within the set timeframe, quality, and budget, delivering results to clients professionally. -Supervise and develop team capabilities, promoting efficient work practices. -Coordinate with various internal and external departments to support project operations. -Analyze issues, provide consultancy, and recommend solutions to other departments regarding technical and service-related work.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the role of Project Manager, Senior Project Engineer, Site Manager or related positions.
  2. Background in Engineering fields such as Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering or related fields.
  3. Skills in planning, controlling, tracking, and evaluating projects.
  4. Proficient in problem analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making.
  5. Excellent communication skills.
  6. Strong leadership abilities, able to motivate and drive the team.
  7. Coordination and negotiation skills.
  8. Knowledge and understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
