รายละเอียดงาน
1.Non-coffee Product Planning:
o Conduct market demand surveys
o Analyze market trends and consumer insights
o Develop product pricing and costing strategies
o Prepare comprehensive product marketing plans
2.Non-coffee Market Research:
o Perform product market testing
o Analyze competitive product landscape
o Identify unique product opportunities
o Track emerging consumption trends
3.Product Development Coordination:
o Collaborating with R&D for product development
o Manage product prototype testing
o Coordinate sensory evaluation of products
o Lead packaging design for products
4.Marketing and Communication:
o Develop product marketing campaigns
o Create product visibility materials
o Collaborate with event and communication teams
o Prepare product knowledge training sessions
5.Marketing and sales analysis & reporting
o Review sales figures
o Create Excel reports with Pivot tables
o Prepare a PowerPoint presentation
o Develop a promotional plan
o Identify key marketing activities
o Optimize sales performance
6.Performance Monitoring:
o Track new non-coffee product launch performance
o Evaluate sales and marketing effectiveness
o Coordinate with trade marketing team to drive sales performance
o Gather and analyze customer feedback
o Identify improvement opportunities
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- ไม่จำกัดเพศ สัญชาติไทย
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาการตลาด หรือบริหารธุรกิจ
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการตลาดอย่างน้อย 5 ปี
- มีผลงานที่พิสูจน์ได้ในการบริหารผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ประสบความสำเร็จ
- มีประสบการณ์ในอุตสาหกรรมเครื่องดื่ม อาหาร หรือสินค้าอุปโภคบริโภค (FMCG) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความชำนาญในการวิเคราะห์และแปลผลข้อมูล เช่น การใช้ Microsoft Office
- สามารถใช้เครื่องมือ AI ได้จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีทักษะเชิงกลยุทธ์และการแก้ปัญหา
- มีความสามารถในการสื่อสารและนำเสนอได้อย่างยอดเยี่ยม รวมถึงสามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้
- มีความสามารถในการทำงานร่วมกับหลายฝ่าย (Cross-functional collaboration)
- มีแนวคิดเชิงนวัตกรรม ดูตัวเลขยอดขาย ทำ excel, pivot , power point คิดแผนการ promotion
- มีความสามารถในการปรับตัวในสภาพแวดล้อมทางการตลาดที่เปลี่ยนแปลงตลอดเวลา
