* Research and Identify potential clients and approach them
through cold calls, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
* Secure 6 new signed Terms of Business (TOB) per month.
* Conduct client meetings and presentations to establish
partnerships.
* Maintain client relationships to ensure retention and growth.
* Understand client needs and propose appropriate recruitment
solutions.
* Respond to client concerns and ensure a high level of client
satisfaction.
2. Job Order Management
* Obtain 20 job descriptions (JDs) per month from new and
existing clients.
* Ensure proper documentation of JDs and client requirements.
3. Closures & Revenue Generation
* Achieve 2 successful candidate placements per month.
* Work closely with recruiters to match candidates efficiently.
4. Familiarity with the recruitment industry, specific industries, and
talent acquisition trends will be beneficial.
