Mainly responsible for supervising and handling the daily operation to dispatch, tracking and customer service of international transportation projects, to achieve operational objectives (revenue, cost control, customer satisfaction, etc.) and deliver excellent services to business team and stakeholders.
1. Mainly responsible for supervising and handling the daily operation to dispatch, tracking and customer service of international transportation projects, to achieve operational objectives (revenue, cost control, customer satisfaction, etc.) and deliver excellent services to business team and stakeholders.
2. Responsible for tracking and updating the information flow of booking, international segment in transit, customs clearance, etc. for all import and export projects.
3. Responsible for updating and maintaining the vehicle logistics transportation system
4. Follow SOP and process shipment in regard with both routing orders and ad-hoc request from customers.
5. Manage supplier reconciliation and payment requests
6. Manage billing reconciliation and invoice to customer within timeline.
7. Others by assignment
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Age 23-30 years
- Bachelor degree or above (International trade, supply chain management, automotive, business, logistics English majors preferred)
- Minimum 1 years of relevant experience preferably in the Freight Forwarding and Logistics industry.
- Excellent MS Office skills (Excel advanced)
- Able to work in a matrix organization and in an international environment
- Fluent in English, additional knowledge of other languages are beneficial
